HOW TO ORDER
This site uses the 'Shopping cart/Check-out' metaphor which is analogous to shopping at a grocery store. As you browse pages and locate the products you wish to purchase, just click the 'Add' button to place the item in your shopping cart and then either continue shopping (place more products in your shopping cart) or check-out by clicking the 'Place Order' link provided on product pages. You can also view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the 'View Cart' link on any product page. Ordering options and instructions will be presented throughout the ordering process after you click the 'Place Order' link. Hope you have a pleasant shopping experience on our website.

Shipping & Handling:
  • Domestic (in the United States): If the shipping destination is in the US, we will ship your order via USPS Priority Mail (3-4 days estimated delivery time) or UPS Ground (5 business days). For expedited services and charges, please call (713)-782-9041.

Sales Tax: For shipping destinations in Texas, USA, sales tax at the rate of 8.25% will apply on the prices shown.

Return & Exchange Policy: We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the original ship date for all merchandise featured on this website. We also offer an exchange policy. An exchange can be either for the same product or a different product. The following conditions apply for returns and exchanges:
  • Returns must be shipped within 30 days from the original ship date marked on our invoice, which is included in the original shipment. This also applies to a return for an exchange. After 30 days, only the manufacturer's warranty applies and no returns will be accepted.
  • Returns must be 100% complete, in original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. All components, manuals, registration card, invoice and accessories must be included. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. This also applies to exchanges.
  • The reason for return or exchange must be provided on the invoice. Note that the reason is required for feedback only and will not be used as justification for rejecting a return or an exchange. Additionally, for exchanges, the catalog no. of the product to exchange with must be specified on the invoice following the words "Exchange with:".
  • Ship returns to: HM International, 5645 Hillcroft Ste 203, Houston, TX 77036, USA.
  • In case of returns, credit will be issued after we receive and process your return. Note that freight charges shown on our invoice, if any (such as for international shipments and shipments in the USA by any service other than priority mail or UPS ground), will not be credited. In case of exchanges, the exchanged product will be shipped after we receive the return and shipping will be charged at actuals. Note that our free shipping in the US policy covers original shipment only and not exchange shipments. Also, differences if any, between the price of the returned product and the exchanged product will be credited or debited to your account, depending on the individual transaction.
è Money Orders and Cashier's Checks: We accept these forms of payment. Please select the "Print" option during the ordering process to place orders.
è C.O.D: We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
è Availability: Items in stock at the time of order will be shipped within 1 working day. Items not in stock will be shipped within 10 working days.
è Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped from our store.
è Prices are subject to change without notice. However, prices in effect at the time of placement of order only will be charged to your account.
